Video Games The Konami Code Engraved Wooden Bookmark

Each of our wooden bookmarks is handcrafted from carefully selected, environmentally responsible wood that only comes from well managed forests. This is hands down the most famous of all cheat codes. It is has appeared in more than 100 games made by Konami, unlocking a different special feature or power in each game. It was created by Kazuhisa Hashimoto who was developing the video game Gradius back in 1985. This famous secret code is engraved on one side of our cherry center bookmark while the back is left blank showing the beautiful wood grain. Also framed by two inlays comprised of various domestic and exotic hardwoods with a complimenting pair of solid wood borders along both outer edges. The inlay accent woods and border combinations will vary with each bookmark.
